Chef Hung Huynh

Born in Vietnam and raised in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, Hung’s career has taken him around the world. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Hung worked with legendary chefs like Thomas Keller and Guy Savoy in some of the most prestigious restaurants in the United States. Hung was catapulted into the spotlight when he was selected to be a contestant, and ultimately won, Season 3 of Bravo’s Top Chef. Following the Top Chef win, Hung became Executive Chef of CATCH, opening the first location in New York and several others to follow around the world. Chef Hung Huynh has now teamed-up with Earl Enterprises to open multiple Asian Street Eats locations, with more to come!
